Dan is a Chartered Engineer with project management experience delivering complex projects and programmes of work within high regulatory environments. He understands clients’ expectations, deliverables and processes from his background within multi-national client project teams. Dan strives to use his technical engineering background to problem solve project issues whilst building a culture of collaboration and trust within the project team.

Prior to 3PM, Dan was an Engineering Project Manager at a commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. He led teams to deliver highly automated process equipment projects and new facility design and build schemes. Dan managed these high-profile projects of strategic importance using collaborative approaches. This enabled him to deliver design, construction, commissioning and validation phases to maximise project benefits. In addition, these complex projects have enabled Dan to hone his communication skills through stakeholder engagements and strengthen his competence in risk management and mitigation approaches.

Dan has a high understanding of health and safety, quality and sustainability, demonstrated through professional accreditation with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, his Master of Science in Project Management and his NEBOSH qualification.
